RETURN POLICY
All of our floral designs are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns for these items and all purchases will be final.

QUALITY ISSUES
If a product arrives damaged, please email info@hadleyandren.com with photos attached within 5 days of receiving the product for troubleshooting.
We will send a return shipping label and process the refund once the package is received back in our store.
